Service Description

Initial nutrition assessment, complete nutrition program, and 1 follow up are included in this program. All information will be gathered to build your nutrition program. Body composition measurements will be obtained along with health questionnaires. Discussion of your goals, what is expected on your part, and how to use my food swap list to add flexibility and improve sustainability on your day to day nutrition plan. Nutrition programs are not made that same day. All information is gathered before a nutrition program is worked on. Approximately 72 hr or less turn around time for nutrition program to be emailed. Additional follow up visits will be $50, which have to be paid fully in advance.
