At times, client's want to know how much protein, fats, and carbohydrates they have been eating on the plan that they made themselves. I can do that! I will analyze your plan, providing caloric value, protein, carbohydrate, fats in grams and percentages. I will even make recommendations and tweak your plan based on my calculations and your goals! This is not a nutritional assessment. Changes made to your plan are based on your information. This is a one time fee for a 1 day sample with no revolving monthly fees.
